TO RAISE SUFFICIENT FUNDS TO ACQUIRE AND MAINTAIN FOR THE PURPOSE OF NORTH EAST ESSEX HEALTH AUTHORITY A CAT SCANNER AND SUCH SCANNING EQUIPMENT AS THE COMMITTEE SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE.
