TO ADVISE ON AND ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF ADEQUATE PLAYING FIELDS AND PLAY GROUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE OF OUTDOOR GAMES SPORTS AND PASTIMES WITH A VIEW TO PROMOTING THE PHYSICAL AND MORAL WELFARE AND SAFETY OF THE POPULATION.
