(2) TO MAKE GRANTS TO OR FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE COMPANY SHALL IN ITS ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE AT SUCH TIMES AS THE COMPANY SHALL IN ITS ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE.
