THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN WHO, OR WHOSE PARENTS ARE BONA FIDE RESIDENT IN THE BENEFICIAL ARE AND WHO ATTEND ANY SCHOOL BEING A PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AS FOLLOWS:- 1. REWARDS OR PRIZES NOT EXCEEDING 10/- EACH 2. PAYMENTS, EITHER TO TEACHERS OR BY WAY OF PRIZES OR REWARDS TO CHILDREN, OR OTHERWISE FOR THE PROMOTION OF THE INSTRUCTION IN RELIGIOUS KNOWLEDGE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DOCTRINES OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND, WHETER AT THE SCHOOL OR ELSEWHERE, OF THE SCHOLARS IN ANY PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AT BRESSINGHAM.
