I) ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC BY THE PROMOTION, IMPROVEMENT, ADVANCEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC HEALTH, HEALTH CARE AND THE ART, SCIENCE AND PRACTICE OF NURSING PARTICULARLY COMMUNITY NURSING. II) RELIEVE SICKNESS BY EDUCATION, TRAINING, THE PROMOTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE EFFICIENCY OF HEALTH VISITORS NURSES (PARTICULARLY SCHOOL NURSES) AND OTHER PERSONS CONCERNED IN OR WITH THE PROMOTION IMPROVEMENT PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF HEALTH WHETHER PHYSICAL OR MENTAL THE PREVENTION OF ACCIDENTS ILLNESS OR DISEASE OR THE WELFARE WHETHER PHYSICAL OR MENTAL OF PERSONS IN NEED OF CARE PARTICULARLY THE YOUNG ELDERLY AND DISABLED..
