The principal activity of the Trust in the year under review was the improvement of public health by means of good food. The Trust is a charitable body and was established in 1989 to continue the work of Caroline Walker in her spirit, and in particular to protect the quality of food. The work of the Trust is dependent on revenue from book publishing, report sales, donations and grants.
