THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE HALL IN CASTLE BYTHAM IN THE COUNTY OF LINCOLNSHIRE (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE "AREA OF BENEFIT") FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT WITHOUT DISCRIMINATION OF AGE, DISABILITY, SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, NATIONALITY, RACE OR POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE FOR: (A) MEETINGS, EXHIBITIONS, LECTURES AND CLASSES; AND (B) OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION; IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
