Charitable objects
TO APPLY SUCH MONIES INVESTMENTS AND PROPERTY AS THE TRUSTEES RECEIVE IN THEIR CAPACITY AS TRUSTEES HEREOF FOR THE RESEARCH PREPARATION AND WRITING OF THE VICTORIA COUNTY HISTORY OF OXFORDSHIRE PROVIDED ALWAYS THAT SUCH OBJECT IS EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE.
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST FOR THE OBJECT HEREIN BEFORE DECLARED AND IN DEFAULT OF WHICH UPON TRUST FOR SUCH CHARITABLE OBJECTS FOR THE STUDY OF LOCAL HISTORY AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
