THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED TO ADVANCE EDUCATION IN LEGAL STUDIES BY (A) PROMOTING LEGAL RESEARCH AT THE INSTITUTE OF ADVANCED LEGAL STUDIES OF THE SCHOOL OF ADVANCED STUDY, UNIVERSITY OF LONDON, AND DISSEMINATING TO THE PUBLIC THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH, AND (B) ARRANGING PUBLIC LECTURES.
