TO PROVIDE THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS OF PERSONS IN THE AREAS OF OLDHAM AND TAMESIDE IN GREATER MANCHESTER IN PARTICULAR YOUNG HOMELESS PERSONS IN PART BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISIONS OF TEMPORARY HOUSING AND INFORMATION, ADVICE AND SUPPORT AND BY SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
