TO PROMOTE, IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC EDUCATION IN AND APPRECIATION OF THE ART AND SCIENCE OF BRASS BAND MUSIC IN ALL ASPECTS BY THE PRESENTATION OF PUBLIC CONCERTS AND RECITALS BY SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE BAND THROUGH ITS COMMITTEE SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
