(1) TH ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO PROMOTING THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF LAMBETH THAT THEY MAY BE ASSISTED IN ACHIEVING THEIR FULL POTENTIAL AS MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND MAY BE BETTER EQUIPPED AS USEFUL AND RESPONSIBLE MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY. (2) SUCH OTHER PURPOSES BEING EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE DETERMINED WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO THE ADVANCEMENT OF GOOD RELATIONS BETWEEN YOUNG PEOPLE AND THE POLICE SERVICE ESPECIALLY IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF LAMBETH.
