TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR CHILDREN WHO ARE LACKING SUCH OPPORTUNITIES AS A RESULT OF WAR, DEPRIVATION AND DISORDER. 3. TO PROVIDE MEDICAL AND HEALTHCARE FACILITIES FOR CHILDREN WHO REQUIRE SUCH ATTENTION AS A RESULT OF WAR, DEPRIVATION AND DISORDER.
