TO ORGANISE OR PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE ORGANISATION OR PROVISION OF FACILITIES WHICH WILL ENABLE AND ENCOURAGE PUPILS AT THE SCHOOL TO PLAY THE GAME OF CRICKET AND THEREBY TO ASSIST IN ASSURING THAT DUE ATTENTION IS GIVEN TO THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT AND OCCUPATION OF THEIR MINDS; AND 2. TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES CONNECTED WITH THE SCHOOL OR ITS MEMBERS.
