Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED ARE: 1) THE EDUCATION AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY OF THE PEOPLE OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF NEWHAM AND SUCH OTHER PLACES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE AREA OF BENEFIT). 2) THE PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF HEALTH AND THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AMONGST THOSE IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT 3)THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF NEWHAM (PARTICULARLY THOSE INHABITANTS WHO MAY BE AGED OR DISABLED ) IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND SO THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
