THE RELIEF OF NEED OF THE PRESENT OR FORMER MEMBERS OF 220 (1ST HC) FIELD AMBULANCE RAMC(V) OR ITS SUCCESSORS OR THEIR FAMILIES ADDITIONALLY THE TRUSTEES MAY AT THEIR DISCRETION RELIEVE THE NEED OF ANY PAST OR PRESENT MEMBERS OF THE ROYAL MEDICAL CORPS AND / OR THEIR FAMILIES RESIDENT IN THE HOME COUNTIES. THE PROMOTION OF MILITARY EFFICENCY BY MAKING GRANTS IN SPECIAL CASES TOWARDS THE COST OF DEVELOPING FURTHER EDUCATIONAL SKILLS AND LEADERSHIP QUALITIES IN CHALLENGING OUTDOOR PURSUITS UNDERTAKEN BY MEMBERS OF 220 (1ST HC) FIELD AMBULANCE FAMC(V) OR ITS SUCCESSORS SUBJECT TO ANY SUCH EVENTS HAVING THE APPROVAL OF THE OFFICER COMMANDING AND SUBJECT ALSO TO THE APPROVAL OF THE DONOR DURING HIS LIFETIME.
