FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PROVIDE A CHARITABLE SUPPORT AND ADVICE SERVICE FOR PARENTS, GUARDIANS AND OTHER CARERS WHO HAVE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUNG PERSONS WHO ARE BEHAVING IN A CRIMINAL AND /OR SOCIALLY UNACCEPTABLE MANNER, SO THAT SUCH YOUNG PERSONS CAN GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.
