TO PROVIDE THE NECESSARY FACILITIES FOR THE DAILY CARE, RECREATION AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN ATTENDING EITHER ST THOMAS' INFANT OR WOOLTON HILL JUNIOR SCHOOLS AFTER SCHOOL HOURS AND SCHOOL HOLIDAYS.
