- To relief the effects of disadvantage and poverty in the interest of social welfare with the object of improving the conditions of life for the inhabitants of the Pepys Estate and surrounding areas, through the provision of advisory, education, health & well-being services and recreation & leisure activities. -To maintain and manage a centre for activities in furtherance of the above objects.
