TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN WELSH CULTURE INCLUDING THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE PUBLIC TASTE IN THE ARTS IN PARTICULAR BY HOLDING AN EISTEDDFOD IN THE VILLAGE OF MARIAN GLAS AND BY FOSTERING AND SUPPORTING THE USE OF THE WELSH LANGUAGE.
