TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE ACTIVITIES FOR PEOPLE AGE 16 AND OVER WITH LEARNING DIFFICULTIES IN THE AREA OF ASHFIELD IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
