THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ARE TO PRESERVE, IMPROVE AND MAINTAIN ST ANNE'S GARDENS SOHO AS AN OPEN SPACE FOR THE PURPOSES OF LEISURE AND RECREATION AND AS A MEETING PLACE FOR THE COMMUNITY EVENTS AND FOR LAWFUL PURPOSE AND TO PRESERVE, CREATE, IMPROVE AND MAINTAIN OTHER GREEN AREAS WITHIN SOHO AND SURROUNDING AREAS FOR THE ENHANCEMENT OF THE AREA, FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE AND FOR THE COMMUNITY OF SOHO.
