(B) A VISITOR SERVICE FOR LONELY OR HOUSEBOUND PERSONS. (C) TO ASSIST THOSE PERSONS BY COLLECTING PRESCRIPTIONS OR DOMESTIC SUPPLIES. (D) BY THE PROVISION OF CHRISTMAS LUNCH.
