Activities - how the charity spends its money

Run by user-volunteers, mainly ME/CFS sufferers, this charity aims to provide information, support and assistance to help fellow members understand, manage and recover from ME. We offer:- monthly meetings, monthly phone contact, quarterly newsletter, lending library, social events, therapeutic activities, informal support networks.
