Charitable objects
FOR THE ADVANCEMENT, BENEFIT, EDUCATION AND RELIEF OF YOUNG PERSONS WHO BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES ARE UNABLE TO FURTHER THE DEVELOPMENT OF THEIR COMMERCIAL AND BUSINESS SKILLS BY APPLYING THE NET INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS: 1 IN AWARDING SCHOLARSHIPS, BURSARIES OR MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES TENABLE AT ANY SCHOOL, UNIVERSITY OR OTHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENT APPROVED OF BY THE TRUSTEES 2 IN PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT OR SUCH OTHER ITEMS AS SHALL IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES BE OF ASSISTANCE TO ENABLE THE YOUNG PERSON TO PURSUE AND DEVELOP THEIR IDEA AS A BUSINESS VENTURE OR FURTHER DEVELOP THEIR COMMERCIAL AND BUSINESS SKILLS 3 IN OTHERWISE FURTHERING THE COMMERCIAL AND BUSINESS SKILLS OF SUCH PERSONS. NOT WITHSTANDING THE OBJECTS CONTAINED ABOVE THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY MAY INCLUDE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
