Activities - how the charity spends its money
Provision of family mediation to couples going through separations and divorce (marriage or civil partnership). Full range of mediation reaching agreement in all issues such as those relating to children, finance and property. Our mediation practices place importance on the needs of the child delivering child consultations and special conflict resolutions such as special guardianship orders.

Charitable objects
1. TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO ALLEVIATE THE HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS CAUSED BY THE BREAKING UP OF RELATIONSHIPS, MARRIAGE AND FAMILY, INCLUDING SEPARATING AND/OR DIVORCING COUPLES TO RESOLVE DISPUTES AROUND CHILDREN, PROPERTY, FINANCE AND ALL ISSUES ARISING FROM FAMILY STRESS. 2. TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO BOTH PARENTS AND CHILDREN IN COMING TO TERMS WITH THE CHANGES IN THEIR LIVES WHICH COME ABOUT AS A RESULT OF DIVORCE AND SEPARATION INCLUDING DIRECT CONSULTATION WITH CHILDREN AND OTHER SERVICES.
