I GIVE TO MY TRUSTEES MY FREEHOLD PROPERTY SITUATE AT AND KNOWN AS 20 CRICKLEWOOD BROADWAY LONDON NW2 WITH POWER TO SELL THE SAME UPON TRUST FOR SALE WITH POWER TO POSTPONE SUCH SALE AND TO STAND POSSESSED OF THE SAID PROPERTY AND THE NET RENTS UNTIL SALE AND THE NET PROCEEDS OF SALE UPON TRUST TO APPLY THE INCOME AND ALL OR SUCH PART OR PARTS OF THE CAPITAL FOR OR TOWARD SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND TO MAKE DONATIONS TO SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTION OR INSTITUTIONS AT SUCH TIME OR TIMES AND IN SUCH MANNER THAT MY TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT AND I DECLARE THAT THE TRUSTS DECLARED BY THIS GIFT SHALL BE KNOWN AS THE SAMUEL AND MARIA GOLDSTEIN CHARITABLE TRUST.
