THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN AN ORGANIC FOREST GARDEN OR GARDENS FOR THE USE AND BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF LYDFORD-ON-FOSSE, SOMERSET, AND OTHERS IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, ADVANCING PUBLIC EDUCATION AND RECREATION AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS BY SUCH CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT.
