THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED TO PROMOTE, IMPROVE AND ADVANCE EDUCATION PARTICULARLY BY: (A) ENCOURAGING AND STIMULATING PUBLIC UNDERSTANDING AND APPRECIATION OF THE HISTORY, NATURAL CULTURE, AMENITIES AND HERITAGE, PARTICULARLY REMAINS AND MATERIALS ASSOCIATED WITH DEAL AND ITS SURROUNDING AREAS, THROUGH THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A MUSEUM; (B) THE PROVISION IN AN ARTS FACILITATION CENTRE OF HERITAGE BASED ACTIVITIES USING MEDIUMS SUCH AS ART, DRAMA, EXHIBITIONS, PUBLICATIONS, THEATRE, LITERATURE DANCE AND MUSIC.
