1) TO APPLY ALL OR PART OF THE INCOME THEREOF AND/PR ALL OR SUCH PART OR PARTS OF THE CAPITAL OF THE TURNEY TRUST AS THEY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT FOR THE PROVISION OF ACCOMMODATION FOR NEEDY PERSONS IN PARTICULAR AND IN PRIORITY THOSE INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE BEEN RESIDENT IN THE PARISHES OF REED OR THERFIELD FOR AT LEAST FOUR YEARS WITH PREFERENCE FOR REED PARISHIONERS AND ANY OF MY EX-EMPLOYEES.
2) TO APPLY ALL OR ANY PART OF THE INCOME OF THE TRUST AND UP TO 25% OF THE CAPITAL OF THE TRUST IF ANY TO ALL OR ANY ONE OR MORE OF THE CHARITIES HEREAFTER LISTED AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT:

C) THE TURNEY VILLAGE TRUST
