TO ADVANCE THE SPIRITUAL, EDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL WELFARE OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN WALES WHO ARE OR HAVE BEEN LOOKED AFTER BY A LOCAL AUTHORITY OR A VOLUNTARY ORGANISATION BY:
A) ANY MEANS THAT IS CHARITABLE;
B) INVOLVING YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE DECISION MAKING PROCESS;
C) IMPROVING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SERVICES TO YOUNG PEOPLE IN WALES.
