THE RELIEF OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM HYPOTHALAMIC HAMARTOMA PARTICULARLY BY; A) THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION, SUPPORT AND ADVICE TO THESE PEOPLE; B) RAISING AWARENESS OF THE PUBLIC AND THE MEDICAL PROFESSION OF THE EFFECTS AND CONDITIONS OF EFFECTIVE TREATMENT; C) PROMPTING RESEARCH INTO THE CAUSES, EFFECTS AND TREATMENT OF HH AND DISSEMINATING THE USEFUL RESULTS THEREOF AND ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF SUCH FACILITIES OR ITEMS FOR EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL (NOT PROVIDED FROM STATUTORY FUNDS) AS THE COMMITTEE IN CONSULTATION WITH THE GOVERNING BODY SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE
