(1) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS AT THE JOSEPH WHITTAKER SCHOOL BY THE PROVISION OF FUNDS TO SUPPORT THE SCHOOL'S ACHIEVEMENTS OF SPORTS COLLEGE STATUS (2) IN THE EVENT OF THE APPEAL'S FAILURE THE FUNDS SHALL BE APPLIED FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN SUPPORT OF THE SCHOOL AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE.
