TO PROMOTE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, PREDOMINANTLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN LONDON BOROUGH OF HAMMERSMITH + FULHAM AND THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF KENSINGTON + CHELSEA, THE PROVISION OF SERVICES DIRECTED TOWARDS MEDIATION, CONCILIATION OR RECONCILIATION AS BETWEEN PERSONS, ORGANISATIONS, AUTHORITIES OR GROUPS INVOLVED IN DISPUTES OR INTERPERSONAL CONFLICT BOTH GENERALLY AND, IN PARTICULAR IN ANY SITUATION WHERE THAT DISPUTE OR CONFLICT RESULTS FROM OR MAY LEAD TO ACTS OF VIOLENCE, NUISANCE, VANDALISM, CRIMINAL DAMAGE, RACIAL ABUSE OR HARASSMENT, SEXUAL ABUSE OR HARASSMENT, UNLAWFUL ACTIVITY, ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR BREAKDOWN OF PUBLIC ORDER. 2. TO ADVANCE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC, PARTICULARLY IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HAMMERSMITH + FULHAM AND THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF KENSINGTON + CHELSEA IN THE PURPOSES AND METHODS OF SUCH MEDITATION, CONCILIATION AND RECONCILIATION AND, IN PARTICULAR THE UNDERSTANDING OF THE NATURE AND CAUSES OF ANY SUCH DISPUTES OR CONFLICTS AND OF ALL MEANS MANAGING THEM FOR PURPOSES OF PEACEFUL RESOLUTION IN THE INTERESTS OF GOOD CITIZENSHIP.
