Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE THE RELIEF OF CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH LEARNING DIFFICULTIES, OR WHO HAVE SPECIAL NEEDS, WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, IN THE AREA OF PONTEFRACT AND ITS DISTRICT, BY PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RESPITE, RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELLBEING, FOR SUCH PERSONS WITH THE OBJECT OF ENHANCING THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE.
