THE RELIEF OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF WANSBECK, NORTHUMBERLAND BY BRINGING SUCH PERSONS INTO CLOSE ASSOCIATION OF THE ABLE BODIED PEOPLE AND THE PROVISION OF, OR THE ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THEIR PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION AND IN PARTICULAR THE SPORT OF ARCHERY IN ALL ITS FORMS.
