Charitable objects
The Company's objects ("the Objects") are to lease land and property for and to create a Community Garden at Hall Cliffe, Baildon, Shipley, West Yorkshire ("the Garden") and thereafter to hold and maintain the Garden as an area of open space for the benefit and use without charge of inhabitants and visitors to the locality in which the garden is situate for informal recreation, play, other leisure time pursuits and community events and any other lawful purpose benefit to such inhabitants.

FOR THE INHABITANTS OF AND VISITORS TO THE LOCALITY IN WHICH THE GREEN IS SITUATE, IE HALL CLIFFE, BAILDON, SHIPLEY, WEST YORKSHIRE.
