TO ACQUIRE, REPAIR, CONSERVE AND PRESERVE THE MARY WATTS-RUSSELL MEMORIAL CROSS IN THE VILLAGE OF ILAM, STAFFORDSHIRE (HEREINAFTER CALLED ILAM CROSS) AND TO ESTABLISH AN ENDOWMENT FUND FOR ITS PERPETUAL MAINTENANCE TO BE HANDED OVER TO SUCH OTHER BODY OR ORGANISATION AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL WITH THE WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE CHARITY COMMISSION DETERMINE FOR THAT PURPOSE.
