TO RELIEVE THE POVERTY OF PERSONS IN NEED LIVING IN THE SANTA BARBARA SLUM, SAO PAULO STATE, BRAZIL BY THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL AND OTHER CHARITABLE SUPPORT FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF A SOUP KITCHEN AND CRECHE AND SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES (AS DEFINED BY THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES) WITHIN BRAZIL AS THE TRUSTEES FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
