THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY ("THE OBJECT") IN THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF CURRENT AND RETIRED EMPLOYEES OF GABRIEL-CHEMIE UK LIMITED AT PADDOCK WOOD THEIR WIDOWS AND DEPENDANTS AS SHALL BE IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES IN CONNECTION WITH ASSISTANCE TOWARDS THE MEETING OF THE COSTS OF: (I) MEDICAL TREATMENT OR ANY OTHER INCAPACITY WHETHER MENTAL OR PHYSICAL (II) COSTS IN CONNECTION WITH A BEREAVEMENT (III) OF EDUCATION.
