THE OBJECTS FOR WHICH THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED ARE TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF BLACK AND MINORITY ETHNIC COMMUNITIES LIVING IN THE UNITED KINGDOM INCLUDING REFUGEES AND ASYLUM SEEKERS AND PARTICULARLY PEOPLE OF UGANDAN ORIGIN BY THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, EMPLOYMENT, HEALTH AND WELFARE IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY, AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY.
