Charitable objects
TO RELIEVE POVERTY PARTICULARLY IN RELATION TO THE CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS PLACED, NEGLECTED AND/OR ABANDONED IN CHILDREN'S HOMES LARGELY DEPENDENT ON CHARITABLE HELP; B. OTHERWISE TO ADVANCE THE BENEFITS OF EDUCATION AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN ALPHA BOYS' AND ALLIED CHILDREN'S HOMES ADMINISTERED BY THE RELIGIOUS SISTERS OF MERCY IN JAMAICA; AND C. TO ASSIST THE REHABILITATION OF THOSE SAID CHILDREN AND/OR YOUNG PERSONS AFFECTED BY THE AFORESAID DISADVANTAGEOUS CIRCUMSTANCES SO THAT URGENT TANGIBLE HELP MIGHT ENHANCE THE POSSIBILITY OF THEIR EVENTUAL SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE AND INDEPENDENT LIVES.
