B) TO AID PERSONS IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD, IN PARTICULAR THOSE IN SOUTHEAST/CENTRAL ASIA AND EASTERN EUROPE, WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS AS A RESULT OF LOCAL OR INTERNATIONAL DISASTER OR BY REASON OF THEIR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES. C) TO RELIEVE PEOPLE WHO ARE IN NEED BY ANY CHARITABLE MEANS WHICH THE TRUSTEES DETERMINE.
