DIFFERENT CULTURES 3.2 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE AND YOUNG ADULTS AND THE PUBLIC 3.3 TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE AND/OR THOSE WHO BY REASON OF YOUTH AGE INFIRMITY DISABLEMENT POVERTY OR ECONOMIC OR SOCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES WITH OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
