A0 TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE YOUNG PEOPLE AND THE WIDER COMMUNITY OF PORTH AND THE SURROUNDING VILLAGES WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF GENDER, CULTURE, RACE, DISABILITY OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINION BY WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES FOR THE YOUNG PEOPLE AND THE WIDER COMMUNITY, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE; AND B) TO HELP EDUCATE AND ASSIST THE YOUNG PEOPLE AND THE WIDER COMMUNITY OF PORTH THROUGH THEIR LEISURE-TIME ACTIVITIES SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL, SPIRITUAL AND SOCIAL CAPACITIES SO THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
