Feel Good Factor Foundation (FGF) aims to advance the education of the public in health related issues, to relieve those in need through aid and advice and to improve the standard of life for those disadvantaged communities and individuals in the West Midlands. Beneficiaries will include people with learning disabilities and mental health needs and people of a particular ethnic or racial origin.

(I) TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE HEALTH IN PARTICULAR BY ADVANCING THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN HEALTH-RELATED ISSUES (INCLUDING OBESITY, THE EFFECTS OF SMOKING AND STRESS) BY SUCH CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME (II) TO RELIEVE OF THOSE IN NEED THROUGH THE PROVISION OF AID AND ADVICE, AND (III) TO FURTHER SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THOSE DISADVANTAGED MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY (IN THE WALSALL AREA) IN PARTICULAR THOSE FROM ETHNIC MINORITY BACKGROUNDS AND THOSE SEEKING ASYLUM AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME .
