CONSTITUTION ADOPTED 1 APRIL 2004, AS AMENDED 18 MARCH 2005
A. THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS AMONG ASYLUM SEEKERS AND RESIDING OR INTENDING TO RESIDE IN THE UK (THE BENEFICIARIES) BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE, ADVOCACY COUNSELLING AND TRANSLATION SERVICES IN MATTERS SUCH AS IMMIGRATION, HEALTH, WELFARE BENEFITS, HOUSING AND FINANCE OR BY SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
B. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE YOUNG PEOPLE DISABLED PEOPLE, OLD PEOPLE, WOMEN AND MEN, BY HE PROVISION OF LANGUAGE CLASSES, ICT SKILLS.
C. THE FOLLOWING CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, PARTICULARLY THE BENEFICIARIES:
(I) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THOSE PERSONS IN NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES; AND
(II) THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT THROUGH THE PROVISION OF TRAINING FOR THOSE PERSONS IN NEED OF SUCH TRAINING
