1. THE RELIEF OF POVERTY HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS AMONG CONGOLESE AND OTHER FRENCH SPEAKING AFRICAN PEOPLES WITHIN THE UK AND OVERSEAS (THE BENEFICIARIES) BY THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION AND ADVICE ON ECONOMIC AND CULTURAL CONDITIONS IN AREAS OF PUBLIC LIFE DIRECTLY AFFECTING THEM AND BY ACTING AS A LIAISON BODY WITH THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, STATUTORY BODIES AND OTHER RELEVANT AGENCIES.
2. THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AMONG THE BENEFICIARIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION THOSE WHO ARE MEMBERS OF OTHER VOLUNTARY BODIES, BY THE PROVISION OF SEMINARS, WORKSHOPS, TRAINING, SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE IN THE AREAS OF OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT, FUNDRAISING AND CAPACITY BUILDING.
