ANIMALS BEING ONES NEEDING ATTENTION THROUGH NEGLECT AND SICKNESS AND GENERAL MALTREATMENT. PREVENTING CRUELTY TO THE ANIMALS AND EDUCATING THE PUBLIC IN ANIMAL WELFARE.
