TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED BY ENABLING THEM TO PLAY INDOOR BOWLS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SUCH PERSONS HAVING NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES AS AFORESAID BY REASON OF THEIR DISABLEMENT
